What have I been up to all this time you may ask?  Obviously it has not been blogging.  I do have a new creative outlet to share with you all.  What is this new venture?  Hand Carved Crochet hooks.  I know you've all seen them.  Beautiful, aren't they.  I have always admired these back to nature crochet hooks.  I HAD to try it out myself.  What was I waiting for......  Well, wait no longer they are here and in my etsy shop as we "speak".

Felt Jewelry Journey

New Designs

I have had so much fun working on some new scarf designs.  I am completely in love with asymmetrical clothing.  So, I decided to design an asymmetrical scarf.  Wow, do I ever love them.  These scarves come to almost a point on one end and are approximately 6-8 inches on the other end.  The versatility of this scarf is amazing.  One could wear it as a long scarf or wrap it up as a lovely soft cowl.

Fleece and Fibre Auction

How fun!  I went to my first fleece auction earlier this month.  I have never seen so much fleece in my life.  I brought my eldest son with me to take part in the auction event.  While we were there, we were able to learn alot about how to judge a fleece in order to pick out the highest quality fibre for our projects.  We also witnessed the shearing of two cute little sheep.  The adventure was fun and we came home with 2 whole fleeces to process.
